Mapping My Own Offer Ladder (And What I Found Missing)

Hi Reader,

Sharing this because… I hope I’m not the only one.

Pretty much every coach I talk with runs their business like the cobbler with no shoes.

A few weeks ago, I found myself staring at an empty Notion page, full of half-baked ideas for 2026.

I’ve been helping clients lock in their strategy and messaging for months — but my own plan? Still not fully fleshed out.

Sound familiar?

I was thinking through specifically of my offer ladder.

That's the path a client can take from their first interaction–all the way to your highest-value work.

It Hit Me:

I’ve been helping other people dial in their message and offers for years… but my own ladder is still missing a few steps.

I know my entry-level offer: C4 Momentum Mapping.
I know my high-ticket offer: Private Content Sessions.

But what about everything in between?

Being a little vulnerable, it's been missing for a while.

The truth is — not having this nailed down yet feels a little like driving without a GPS.

Feeling busy but not always sure you’re headed in the most direct/profitable direction.

And I know I’m not the only one. When I talk to coaches who’ve replied to these emails, here are the most common sticking points they share:

  • Too Many Rungs → So many offers that prospects can’t figure out where to start.
  • No Throughline → Creating each offer in isolation instead of stacking them to solve the same core problem in bigger ways.
  • Ignoring the Gaps → A strong entry offer and a strong premium offer, but nothing in between to naturally guide people upward.

The reality? Not every potential client is ready for your highest offer. Your entry and mid-level offers are the bridge that gets them there. Find out how I can help.

So Here's What I'm adding for 2026

  • Strengthening my entry-level package (for starting coaches and those pivoting).
  • Creating a knockout mid-level that teaches my entire message strategy — with templates for every step.
  • Leveling up my highest offer to focus on long-term strategy and premium video content.

Because when your offer ladder works, it does more than boost revenue. It gives your clients a clear path forward — and that helps them achieve their goals.

And that builds trust.

If you’re rethinking your own ladder, here are 3 tips:

  1. Start with Your Signature Offer → Work backward. Don’t design your ladder from the bottom up.
  2. Design for Progression, Not Just Price → Each rung should feel like the next logical step in solving a bigger version of the same problem.
  3. Protect the Throughline → No matter the price point, keep the core problem and transformation consistent. (it just gets bigger the higher you go)

Don’t wait until 2026 to start looking at next year’s offers.

Build a MAP now — so you know exactly where you’re taking clients, and how you’ll get them there.

If you want help seeing your blind spots and connecting the dots, let’s do a Momentum Mapping Session.
